I believe stock size is around 78mm so just smoothing out throttle response and higher RPM airflow...

get it ported, get it ported, get it ported... I did on my 4.8 and pulls like a bat outta hell... get it ported. I have a friend with a '00 WS6, he got a ported one...it runs, err FLYS

i think stock ones are good for low end due to the turbulence they cause. the bbk's are good for top end. i have a shaners and i think it is good for both. i think porting and smoothing it out speeds up the airflow helping all the way around. you can get one that is 1000mm if you want but the intake inlet is only 78mm.![]()
