Alright ive got a chance to buy a 86 chevy 4x4 with 80k on the 350 in it auto dual exhaust ac still in it camper top thats been on it since new and pretty good red paint and no rust! Idk yet if its a long or a short bed hoping its a long bed. Ive got a 2800 stall that ill throw in it if i get it and ill change the cam and throw on some headers for sure. I can pick it up for $1500. Im going to look at it tomarrow morning and ill take pics!

Well i have been wanting a older body style chevy or gmc for awhile to eventualy build a pulling truck out of but mainly to haul the never ending list of car parts for my f-bodys. Ill check it out regardless i told the fiance that i really dont need another vehicle but SHE is the one pushing for me to buy it. I guess she is getting tired of me hauling my stinky oily car parts in the yukon and complaining about having to borrow everyones pickups.

i guess she is finaly startign to catch on that the car/truck habit isnt going anywhere. lol she has been buggin me for weeks that was need to go out for a long ride in the car.

Keep the camper on it, throw in a 502 (or bigger) and make your own farmtruck!
haha yeah or just a 5.3 swap and then thow a nice worked 6.0 in the yukon

went and took a look at it today and its in actualy better condition than i thought! a good friend of the familys sister inlaw has it and they are good people and seems like they are willing to work with me if i want it. anyway things it needs right off the bat are rebuild carb and plugs oil change ect. it had true dual exhaust no cats with glasspack mufflersthey would be removed for the two turbo mufflers i have in the shed and weld in a h pipe. other than the old gas and poor carb tune it seems to have a strong motor. interior is near mint! has a cd player. has some aluminum running boards that would be removed and so would camper top for a nice soft bed cover. anyway enough talk here are the pics give me some opinions guys!
