By UD crank do you mean smaller crank pulley? You know this will slow everything else down since it is the driving pulley for all...

Yeah, that's why some sets come with an OD alt pulley to help idle charging. I would call Summit and ask them.
Chad--go ahead and get them. I have both and love em.
The only other pulley you really need to worry about is the alternator. You need to keep the RPMs up at its normal charging RPM. That is why most companies who make UD crank pulleys also offer the UD alt pulley.
