FLT- i couldn't be happier with their service

i know this site has got many posts about FLT but i really want to give one more. first let me start off by saying im from long island new york and there are so many shops that claim customer service but that pales in comparision to FLT. when i placed my order with them Andy Rizzo took time to answer any and every qeustion i had which im sure he does all day. and even when i got off the phone new qeustions dawned on me so i called back and Andy answered like i knew him for years. its a type of service that no amount of money can buy. and like i said here in new york we have alot of half assed shops so to get real service from FLT it was nice. after Andy answered all my qeustions i googled FLT to see what type of customer comments i could find and all i could find and i mean ALL i could find was extremely happy customers.
so the point of all this rambling is simple when newbies check in and start checking for posts about which tranny shop to use i hope they take the time to read this one and then go on to read everything that FLT does to provide the absolute best product and service money can buy. i should be expecting my tranny soon and i know it will be one of the few things i can get in my truck and not have to worry about for many years to come.

Thank you we appreciate it. Andy has a back ground in customer service and IMO is very polite on the phone. He has been a long time friend of mine and we definitly have the right man for the job.
