So many things wrong with my truck

So i get picked up in my truck from school by my brother (His is in the shop)
so he gives me a little slip from Auto Zone and it reads

    TROUBLESHOOTING
    -Catalyst Efficiency low- bank 1
    Explanation
The oxygen sensors monitor the Catalytic Converters ability
    to score oxygen
    Probable Cause
    -Catalytic converter defective
    -Engine misfire or running condition
    -Large Vacuum leak
-Engine oil leakage into exhaust - valve guide
    seals, piston rings

So i guess i have to change out my O2 sensor on bank 1 right?

Your catalytic converter is toast (most likely), cut them out and get the rear o2 sensors shut off in a tune, the front o2 sensors are what monitor the A/F ratio, rears just keep tabs on the cats.

Don't waste your money. I have never seen another cause for 420 or 430 than a bad cat. Do not replace an O2 in hopes of fixing this. Get the cats gutted and the tune adjusted to ignore the rears or put new cats from GM on there. Aftermarket cats will cause these codes eventually too.

X2, only a cat problem triggers this code, never an O2.

I've got a y-pipe with the cats gutted but still intact, if that makes sense, that I'd sell you. But if you need cats for emissions, it wouldn't help. Plus, it's off my 04 and don't know if it would be the same as yours. Just thought I'd offer though.
