You did good. Are you close to a highly populated area?
My dad sold his deceased dad's 91 GMC ECSB SLE aluminum wheels power everything white over blue with peeling paint but otherwise stellar condition 93K mile truck last year for $1750....but he's in the sticks.
Texas City is not that big, but a guy from Humble saw it on craigslists and raced down here to get it. I had another guy show up from League City and he asked the guy if he cam to buy the truck, the guy said yes and he told him, too bad, its sold and whipped out the money..There have been others for sale, but trashed and wanted more for theirs than I did mine.
