Avondale, Arizona

What is there to do in Avondale, as well as Phoenix? Recreational things? Parks, trails, etc.? What about 4 wheeling etc.? Anything or any information would be great..

I know there are some great mtb trails up there, also there is firebird raceway(1/4 drags, boats, and bikes). phx is big on cars and trucks, especially street stuff since there is never snow and little rain.

I live in tucson so I cant help much more then that.

Ok well not exactly Avondale...but like 45 min down the road. Uhhhh there is a ton of spring training going on right now.... You need to give me some more info David, like mainly when. There is all kinds of crap to do out here it just depends on what you wanna do.

I dont know, outdoor stuff. Running, mountain biking, rock climbing, places to take 4wheelers. That sort of stuff

Yeah there are TONS of places to take 4 wheelers out. Plenty of places to run, rock climb, mountain bike...you name it. When are you talking about coming out?

there is lots to do or u can go 3.5 hrs away to glamis to ride.

How long does it really take to get from Avondale to Phoenix? Does I10 get pretty beat up during rush hour?

Ive gone from east Mesa to Avondale in about an hour. Yeah rush hour will kill you on time....but if youre going into Phoenix during rush hour you should be pretty good. Yeah if you really wanna ride somewhere drive down to the dunes. Great stuff down there.
