    5.3 Cam

    so i'm deciding on a cam to go with and i was wondering if anyone had an opinion on whats the best cam i should go with. i was thinking on a 224/230 581/588 112 lsa

    i love that cam for a 5.3, sounds badass and makes really good power

    Sounds very close to the one I am wanting. Except I am planning on a higher LSA. I say go for it. Do you have a stall yet?

    its the same one G is running...5.3 made 341 with stock heads and intake....impressive IMO

    Very impressive. Seriously though if he dont put at least a 3k or better stall in it he will never get off the line hard enough to show any of it. G ran a 36k right?

    Yeah dude--that cam is VERY impressive on a 5.3L and would put down even better numbers with 243 heads. I say do it NOW!

    The question still remains about what stall do you have. This being said and you are at like 3 posts how about a newbie welcome section on yourself so we know what you are working with a lil better.Being you already picked up the set of heads I am looking for you obviously arent new to LS motors.
