I currently have the black plastic textured handles and would like to have the smooth ones that have the black paint to match the truck. Seems like it would be too much trouble to hand smooth them, paint, clear, etc...would like to just find some and swap them out.
Ideas?
I have solutions on hand for the 900 body but not for the 800. I checked for the Caddy Y91 style GM accessory handles for my YD and found the Garnet Red bucket chrome handle sets were already discontinued.
Have you scoured eBay yet?
Yeah eBay has some...kinda pricey...
traded my escalade handles for the smoothed all black ones since im doin away with the chrome but escalade handles do look good because the chrome handle breaks up all the black. But since your all black you should just get the black ones i would think.

I don't have any recent pics to show you, but I had the stick on chrome handles and bezels and I got them painted gloss black, cleared and then put them on. They look just like the smoothed and painted handles for a lot less, plus if you ever feel like changing you can pop em off.
