What is the average gained horsepower from these. Will I need a smaller belt. And also these will work on a 5.3L??

i know with a SLP UD pulley they claim 8 rwhp. this should be similar. should need a different belt, yes will work with any motor as long as it uses the truck accesories

    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s

You'll need a shorter belt. I have a friend with a mildy bolted 5.7 2004 GTO and he went from 13.0X to 12.9X after swapping the pulley on the crank alone.
