Hello, I'm newbie here. I got new truck 2008 Chevy Silverado ecsb Z71- 5.3L LMG, 3.73. I'm planning to get mods for CAI, Muffler, servo, Headers, etc. Right now I'm looking for CAI and Muffler. I not sure which good K&N CAI or AEM Brute Force. Hard to decide which one muffler- Magnaflow, Bassani, Borla, etc. but I'm looking for loud for idle and WOT too.
Welcome to the site! I had an AEM on my truck and liked it. I just switched from Flowmaster to Magnaflow. The Flowmaster was a little louder at idle but had so much more back pressure. The Magnaflow sounds pretty decent also (I dumped it right after the muffler) but it flows much better.

Welcome to the site! Looking for CAI--I can personally recommend the Series 77 K&N setup--love it and works great... I would go with a 3" Magnaflow muffler. But if you want quiet around town and good WOT sound--go with a Borla XR-1 muffler.
