60e and i wouldnt count on it holding a real real long time...i would budget a trans rebuild in there

Depends on your driving habits, and how you use your vehicle. Some people who don't "dog" trucks/SUVs have seen close & above 200K miles. I had 111K on a 4L60E before the 5.3L #7 connecting rod went South. Trans still shifted perfectly.
Now, if you're looking to mod the truck, THEN you're playing rush-n-roulette. With your mods... I'd err on the side of caution, and save for a "built" unit.

Mine held for 126000 miles 100000 stock then about 5000 with cam tune and converter and first time i romped with the 408 it sent it over the edge and died still works though kinda anyway. do plan on replacing it u dont wana be stuck with out a truck cus you havent got the money to fix it
