    Props to Nelsons again!

Well after having a live tune done and shift kit installed a few months back I just now got to use my tow pig for what it was intended for. I was already happy with the gains in power and increased gas mileage for normal everyday driving. This past weekend we traveled up to Dallas for USACi world finals (car audio soundoff) towing my astro on the trailer. total weight between the two with everything considered was +/- 10k a decent load. Prior to the work I would get at best 7 MPG towing, I increased my average to just over 10 and also the trans temp never climbed about 160 when it used to hover around 210 with the same setup behind it.

I cannot wait to have the time to get my ass back down for the fans and pulley install!

    Thank you again Nelsons Performance!

2500HD with 315s and a 6.0L. Whenever I'd hit a mountain pass and push it, I'd have to watch the temp or it would instantly boil over...

you use ls1 fans or the truckfans?

Im curious about this because I have friends with the newer model trucks towing similar weight without problems and Im guessing they have the efans since they are 04 - 05 ish
