    Upgrade

    Well i dont have any pics yet but i traded my 06 rcsb today for a black 03 quadrasteer denali and i love it a lot more room and faster. just thought id share my exvitement with all of you. and ill post some pics up as soon as i can.

    Yes, agreed. Denalis are sweet trucks--especially with the Quadrasteer! Good choice! What made you trade in for this one? Did you have any mods on the 06 RCSB? If so, they can transfer to the Denali...

    i wanted a extended cab and traded mine in and got a lower monthly payment. all i had done to my 06 was a bbk tb and k&n cai. got the tb swapped over today but im going to have to put e-fans on it in oreder to use the cai.

    Depends on the year but an 03 has a 60.

    That's what I have....05 OEM fans and an intake tube made for 05-06.

    have any trouble getting the fans to work, what all is reguired, thats what i was planing on doing was getting a OEM set would u still go that rout if u was doing it again or go with an aftermarket set.

    The only drawback to the OEM set up like mine is that it's kind of expensive. I bought the fans used (perfect low miles) of eBay for $260 shipped, the harness from Nelson Performance (could have made one myself but it was too easy to order) for $100, and the tune (that obviously does other stuff like make the DBW work well and change the fuel and ignition maps) that is required to enable the temp sensor to turn on the fans.

    Oh yeah....my Blazer (only a 4.3) has a Flex-a-lite add on that takes the place of the clutch fan and it works well. I got it used with the temp probe controller (and built my own harness) for $100. You can't really cool a 6.0 with one fan and the aftermarket duals will cost a lot more than $100 but it does work well either way.
