Does the AC condensor need to be removed when doing a cam install in a 2001 GMC 1/2 ton with the 6.0 liter engine?
Or can it just be maneuvered out of the way? Thanks.

dont remember it being in the way, isnt it on the passenger side at bottom..
Simple: 408 on steroids!
single digits coming soon!
Yes, it's on the passenger side, but it's about the same height as the radiator and extends past the middle where the cam would come out. I'm just wondering if there's enough give in the AC lines so that it can be moved a little to allow room.
Hello, on mine---- 2002--- I did not have to move it at all. Short cam shafts .
