    stock rocker adjustment?

After I install my cam and springs, I'm going to keep the stock rockers, but I don't know what the valve lash should be when re-installing them? Any advice/help would be awesome.

No need to set valve lash on 5.3L flat tappet rockers. Push the pushrods down till you hear them click up against the lifter. This means you have pushed the lifter down to the cam. Now tighten the rocker studs to 22 ft.lb. Once you have done all 16 studs, hand turn the crank 4 full times. Wait for about 30minutes for the lifters to bleed down. Then retighten to 22 ft.lb for good measure.

Start motor and wait for a few minutes to let the lifters pump up. It should sound like a sewing machine...

What valve springs are you going to use?

Sounds easy enough...The springs are in the hot cam kit. The cam is 219/228 with .525/.525 and the springs are the LS6 springs. I think they are the yellow ones, because I read somewhere I thought that the blue LS6 springs don't handle that much lift or something.

Yellow is what you want, they are good to .570 lift. Follow the procedure above and you should be good to go!
