are you looking for a modded 4.8/5.3? if so the 5 speed whoud be able to handle it although the gear ratio and throw of the shift woulg suck donkey balls. make sure you upgrade the clutch. the 5 speed would probably handle a stock 6.0 for awhile too. as to where to find one in Iraq... i dunno. when i was there back in 02-03 i wasn't able to check out the truck scene.

Objective Rams and Balad. i take it you're wanting to do all of this when you get back? where you from? we could probably get you hooked up with a really good shop "close" to where you're based. what are you going to using the truck for? that will help us answer most of your questions. most of the guys on here are more than willing to help with their knowledge and even a little labor in most cases.
