Test driving a GTO this sunday

Potiac is hosting a few test drive in SA at fiest tx in the parking lot. They will have the new v8 bonneville, g-force grand prix and of course the GTO.

Well, maybe if i'm not too busy this sunday i'll be up there rowing through the gears. I wonder if they would get mad if i made a couple of donuts hahah.

I already called in and made my appt. for the test drive,

Sounds cool. Let us know how it is. From articles I've read it's not as fast as the Trans Am or Camaro. I really like how the interior looks though. Have fun.

I hope i can squeeze a couple of hours out of the day to go and check 'm out.

There have been a few gto's already running low 13's. That's fast enough for me, stock anyway, hahah.

I figure with a cam, stall, and tune, mid 12's shouldn't be too far away.

I think the interior is awesome, real nice fit and finish. Ofcoarse I have been driving trucks all my life.

Our dealership just got one today, and I was able to take it for a quick spin. Not to bad- it has definite potential. Just wish it didn't look like every other Pontiac out there, shoulda kept a little more of the Holden look to it. But for 34 grand, seems a bit pricey since most dealerships are trying to get rid of their C5's for 40K or less.
