For all you guys out there who are wrestling with your decision of whether you want to go with a Nelson tune, a handheld tuner, or even a competitor let me share a little information with you that might help sway your decision. I'm sure that have read many posts here giving much acclaim to Allen for his work. I don't doubt that you may know people who have had great experiences with their handhelds or "Joe Tuner's" custom tune and that's great. You should take into account the experiences of people you trust. I work with Allen and I see and talk to him on a daily basis. One thing I can honestly say about him from an observational standpoint is that both his attitude and actions are completely driven by customer service. It's refreshing to see a company/business that isn't driven by the "bottom line." He stands by the quality of his work. Should something go wrong or not work out, he will do what he can to rectify the issue. I realize that for some of you guys, the issue is price and getting the most for your hard-earned dollars. I think you can judge for yourself from the sheer volume of members here and their comments that Allen's work is top notch. The old addage is true, you do get what you pay for. You won't be sorry for making the choice to have Allen and Nelson Performance tune your sled.
And no, Allen didn't ask me to write this.
Have a great day!
