1999 Silverado...Asp underdrive pulleys, heddman headers, k&n cold air intake, nelson tune, exhaust e-cutouts, Custom center console that holds a 7" tv...2 10" apline type R...2 5.24 extreme speakers... 2 rockford caps...extreme 800 mono amp, extreme 400 watt amp...waiting on the JUICE
dont know much if any about the 269hr cam, whats the specs on it ..
i have that cam and absolutely love it but we don't have smog here yet. cant help on that but if you have all your emissions equipment i don't see why you wouldn't.

Whats the difference between smog and emmissions?
i think they are different names for the same thing, smog, emissions, pollution control
