I had the dealer put new ones on b4 I bought the truck 4yrs ago. hard salt seasons aka winter. I knew they were going but didnt know how bad untill some rice burner A-hole cut me off. Then I here a THUD! comin from the rear and a hole lot of grinding. Saw some chunks fly out from the truck and hit the car that was behind me. didnt make him too happy. Got new parts on in under an hour after i got home.

i've seen one do that but it was so idiot that drove into firestone and complained about a brake noise lol his was a front rotor off a ford exploder

That happened to my '99. They claimed environmental causes (lived on the coast), and tried to make me pay $3,500 for a new brake job @ all 4 corners. Truck only had 11,000 miles on it at the time.
I ended up only paying for new pads.
Gone, but not forgotten!
