what's a stage 2 head? What do they flow at, and at what lift? Are the heads milled?

Unless you're putting a turbo on that truck, 6.0 heads on a 5.3 will make you loose compression. They have a bigger combustion chamber.

I have the same cam in my truck. I like it but with no stall theres no power down low. chuck is no good, x2 on the bad experiance. if you get that cam mack sure they put the patriot springs and not the comp 918s, in my 5.3 they lasted 2 days and the motor was screwed. no help at all from chuck after spending 1,800$ with him 2 days before.

he had my tune all screwed up... with out going into all of the details, the bottem line---the guy is a jerk! not just a jerk but a F@%king jerk.

As far as your heads 72cc you will loose compression on a 5.3 i don't think you can even mill them enough to keep your stock compression.
