No I did not get the wide band. There are three wires that come out of the guage,(red-12vswitched, black-ground, Violet- sensor wire).
The directions say to splice into the +voltage wire coming off the o2 sensor.
But I dont know which wire that is.

Since it is the 3-wire one, tap into the black colored wire.

    Wait...is the O2 sensor the 3-wire or 4-wire?

3 or 4 wire, the two like color wires are either (+) or (-) since the heater doesn't care as long as it gets a circuit. so if its like a white, a grey, and two blacks...tis not the blacks. If you stick a DVOM on the correct wire it should tick between 0.00V and 0.99V

Well I have goten it hooked up already, I used a pink wire w/a white stripe up by the computer. I looked at 2500HD6.0's set up and that was where his was hooked up by Allen. It works, but at wot it bounces from super rich to one light in the lean area, even at a steady cruise speed it is still constantly jumping from one extreme to another.
