I just installed a 1/4" smaller pulley on my whipple. It is supposed to give me 8psi. Well, it does, but only when i'm going about 80mph or so. Otherwise, it feels weak while accelorating and I'm getting knock retard of up to 6. I also am now getting 02 sensor codes again which I haven't since I got my most recent tune from Allen. What is causing these problems and is there a way to remedy them or should I just put the stock pulley back on?

It is best to get it retuned. How many lbs were you running before? If a tuner makes you get the most power of a certain setup, then most of the time, they are "pushing" the settings, so adding more lbs, completely throws it off. Best to get it retuned.

We'll need to tune for the smaller pulley. In the meantime, I'd put the stock pulley back on until I get you another pcm sent out.

More boost and lots of KR is not good, duh, lol.

I'll get with you to get more detail and we'll get it fixed.

    later,
