    4L60E vs 4L80E length

Anyone know the length of these two, in 2wd version?

I'm figuring out my driveshaft length and it's very critical I get it exact.

    thanks in advance,
    allen

Allen, when I did my swap my driveline guy was pretty particular on how I measured it. he wanted it installed and then got measurements according to a sheet he had and he figured it from there
I would just wait if you can it shouldnt take but a day or 2 to get it made...
    good luck

    Thanks for the info!

I'm having Denny's Driveshaft build me one and they are about 3weeks behind. I'm choosing them because they fixed my first experience with my '94, I kept breaking shafts and their's finally cured the issue.

I just need to measure from the end of the tailshaft to the flat surface of the rearend yoke.

    thanks again,
    allen

those are the same measurements I needed to get. I dont blame you for using somebody you trust.
