How much is my motor/tranny worth

Just out of curiosity here how much is the motor/tranny in my 89 worth? Its a 350 tbi with a 700 tranny. Bored over and rebuilt about 3000 miles ago. tranny serviced too. Any idea what its worth with the harness and computer etc?

Hmm locally you might could sell it for $1000 - $1500, thats what they would sell for around here (georgia), it depends on your location.

1000-1500 sounds about right for a complete working motor/tranny

thanks guys if I could get 1500 for it that would put the ls1 swap more within my reach by spring

list it locally in your paper first before you put it on ebay, the motor goes for pretty cheap on ebay, tranny might go for a little more, but local sale is your best bet plus you wouldnt have to arrange shipping.
