Like the title says, has anyone ever talked about a turbo 4.8, or has anyone ever done one? I am just asking out of curiosity.

Just curious if anyone has ever done one, and what type of gains they got? Would this be worth it, or would it be best to move up to a bigger engine then do a turbo?

I would expect you to see around 90-100hp with 5-6 psi. Rear mount is easier and there are bolt on kits. There are a couple of front mount kits too. A front mount kit can be custom fabbed to.

I've been wondering how much power a 4.8 would make with Z06 cam&heads with an STS turbo set at 5 psi.
