Prolly around 350-ish at the crank but not with that Q-jet. Get a Holley or an Edelbrock carb to match that intake.

Used to mess around with them on my dad's truck and my first toy, '62 Nova w/283. They were called a Qudraflush for a reason...... When they were on, 10% of the time they ran Awesome The other 90% they flushed everything

One of the best carbs I've ever owned was a Q-jet that I had on a 67 C10 with a 327. It was smooth, no flat spots, and seemed to run great, although I never raced that truck. I have owned a couple that were junk also.

300 to 325 at the crank, I also had an amazing Q jet on a built 355 once, your manifold and carb are holding you back though, get a rpm or weiand stealth manifold(square flange) dual plane and run a holley 600 to 750 vac secondary and you'll be closer to 350.
