OK, so it's September 23rd.....where at??
Now that some of you are in for the 23rd, you want to know where???
Any input from you knowledgable San Marcos truck owners????
On my way home from work I thinking about polling what time, around noon or around 5pm.....![]()
5ish sounds good. cooling off, light so we can still see the trucks and probably get some cool pics in around sunset

theres lot of places in SM to have it.... i would say City Park near the rec center across from Sewell park (you can spy on teh college kids from therehaha) or the other park that is over near Herberts, next to the Softball fields... i forget the name at the moment.... those are 2 easily accessable, free places to hang out and BBQ....... has anyone checked the schedule for SAR that weekend?? we could have a race night and BBQ.... i especially kinda want to get out to the track bc im hoping for a tune that friday from Allen... but thats the 2 places that pop into my mind, when you say big open area for enough trucks to park, and everyone hang out.....
and time i dont really know, i would say closer to evening time that way people can make it in town in time if they have to drive a longer distance, and it wont be so dang hot....
O and BTW i think city park allows alcohol for those of you 21 and up... not to sure bout the other one ill call down and have someone check out the parks signs regarding that
