Thread: ls6 conversion kit??

    does anyone know if the gm performance ls6 conversion kit for the corvette/camaro will work on the ls1 based truck engines?i think all that is included in it is the cnc ls6 heads and cam with all the hardware.if not do they make a kit like this for our trucks?

    ok,i realize now that my question was a stupid one after i did a little reading.i dont know much about internals so if anyone can help i would appreciate it.would the ls6 heads/cam work well on a 4.8 or is it too much or maybe not enough?any insight on head/cam/intake combo's?
