    Plan A is a 402 w/heads & cam & my Radix.

Plan B is a 6.0 bored .060 w/heads & cam & my Radix. (much cheaper alternative and probably the best bang for the buck)

My garage is not large enough to support a project like complete engine & trans removal so plan C was born. (much, much cheaper but probably not as much bang for the buck as the bored 6.0)

Plan C is to install heads and cam in the 5.3 this winter and then in a year, after I find a place to do the work, install the larger engine/trans using the performance heads and cam from the 5.3.

How much hp/torque could I expect to gain from a good cam & heads in the 5.3 with my Radix?

    Thanks, Jim

Probably quite a bit... I think most prople underestimate the potential of the 5.3...
