    Steam Port to Radiator question

    Hey guys,
Just wanted to verify that my steam port location on the radiator is in a good place before I fire it up. I have the LS1 style 4 corner steam port system with it running to the radiator under the cap. Its the 2nd rubber hose coming out. The 1st is for overflow and the 3rd is going to the tranny cooler.

    Thanks for the help!

It'll probably work. Next time ask before you do it though? lol

You never want water coming back into the radiator near the cap though.

However, you're already talking bs and the truck is on jack stands, lol.
Get it on the track, run some respectable times, then say "to all the haterz" because that vid is weak lol.
You got a long ways to go to compete with the turbos!

Go turbo and be done with it.

Well, I figured the visual would be better than nothing. But as you can imagine, there's a lot of info out there and most say if its going back to the radiator, you put it as close as you can to the lower radiator hose. The cap above the hose is where a SBC heater hose would return in the 88-95 based trucks so water would flow back there on a normal SBC setup.

Thanks for verifying I'm good to go.
