    instrument cluster

I swapped in a LS engine in 97 suburban

Used thinned out factory harness with psi harness.

My voltage gauge, Oil pressure, tac and speedometer is not working.

the pink wires behind the cluster checked good

Does any have the pin out for the instrument cluster?

Look more into the I/P plugs under the hood, they are the C100 and C152. Those plugs ultimately control what info goes from motor and PCM to instrument panel.

Here's what may be going on. 03+ PCMs on these motors sent more instrument panel info via serial data circuits. 02 prior used individual dedicated circuits, which means your BCM and instrument panel don't read the new info. There's multiple serial data circuit's coming off the 05' PCM. The particular two for instrument is on the (BLUE) PCM connector pin#59 YEL circuit 710, and pin#58 DK GRN circuit 1049, follow these up to your C100 IP plug on the 05'. Its the plug with letters A-N connectors. YEL 710 should be on connector letter (M), and DK GRN 1049 should be on letter (H). You'll see the letters stamped into the plug. Now look at the Suburbans original plug that your 05' C100 plug should connect with. make sure those two circuits line up. Im not sure if you can flash the BCM and I/P to read the serial data. Ill look into more and send you what I find.

Does your cluster have a digital odometer or analog? Do you have a message center? Is it working?
