2002 escalade engine questions

I have the 6.0 lq9 h/o engine in the truck now, the motor recently blew up and there's a guy on Craigslist that has a 06 6.0, but it's not the high output so I know I'm going to have to do a retune because I'm running a supercharger with the flat top pistons in the high output motor now. So that's not an issue, I'm just trying to figure out if all my sensors and wiring harness will work, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Everything will work fine.... The retune on the other hand may really not necessary.... LQ9 motors differ from LQ4 motors via full floating rods/pistons and a LS1 cam they make about 345ish and the LQ4 makes about 315-320 depending upon if it is a "factory freak"
