Reworking 98 Vortec Harness

I am reusing my original wiring harness as it is already pinned for the 0411. My question is about the camshaft and crankshaft position sensor wiring. The pin outs for the connectors are different between the 98 and the 02, however I haven't seen anyone saying that they needed to re-pin these connectors and the gen III install file I received from Lextech does not mention this either. It should also be noted that the connectors do not fit into these sensors either. So, do I need to repin these connectors or do they work as is?

Brown/white into A C1-73 on 411 PCM
Pink/black into B C1-61 on 411 PCM
Pink into C 12 volts

CKP
Yellow into A C1-12 on 411 PCM
Purple into B C1-21 on 411 PCM
Pink into C 12 volts

You will need to use the gen 3 connectors and re-pin them.
