my transmission is squeeling lq9/th400 swap

I just swapped a lq9 into my 1990 chevy. I went with a msd 6010 and performer intake. I Bolted it to a th400. I have a dished flexplate. This was my personal transmission and was in great working order when pulled 2 years ago.
I used the gm flexplate adapter with the longer bolts and bolted it in this order
Engine block l flexplate l spacer l torque converter.

The transmission started squeeling within 10 seconds of initial startup. I topped the trans off with fluid and it quit. I only let it run for mabey 3 min. I finished hooking up other things like wiring and gauges, and the next day it started doing it again. It squeels in park and neutral but not in gear.



I have tried another new filter, wix this time, I put two o- rings on the intake tube, and made sure it was shoved up all the way. It still does it.

How much play should an unbolted torque converter have between the flexplate and converter when shoved all the way back? Im thinkin mabey converter isnt on the shaft far enough? Mabey my starter isn't shimmed correctly? Mabey a bad pump? Help!
