Have these heads been milled? Chamber doesn't look as big as it should? Or are my eyes deceiving me?

Your eyes are deceiving you, the heads are super clean and the flash On the photo makes it blend in as a shallow chamber, the other head had some gasket material stuck to it so I gave it a quick buff with the whizzy wheel to clean it.
