Transmission vibrates/shudders when the converter locks up.

I have a 95 K1500 work truck with the factory 4l60e trans. The trans has the round 13 pin harness on it so I thought it was the one that would work with my 5.3 swap. When I'm driving and the converter locks up in 4th, it seems to shudder/vibrate while it locks up. Does this mean my trans isn't the correct one to work with the 5.3 pcm and harness? Or do I have other issues?

sounds like the lock up clutch is done.
