    Hanger Install

Well, just got my hangers and shackles in today from jetmech (excellent seller, sent out the item the same day and provided a tracking number) but just wondering since this is my first time doing anything like this if I have the right idea..

First off, the shackles that I already have on my truck are bigger than the ones I got, but I'm not sure if I should still replace them or not?

Secondly, I heard the hangers were a PITA, but I guess it goes like this: Drop the gas tank, which I'm hoping is just unbolting the neck, and the 4 bolts that hold the 2 straps on the tank? and then it should just drop, is that right? and then use an air chisel or any kind of grinding tool to get the rivets out and push the bolts out, take old hangers off, install new ones and work backwards from there..
