    New from up North

    Hello i'm stationed in grand forks north dakota. I have a 1990 K1500 with cam, headers, ported heads, t/b spacer, 9:1 compression, port matched intake. I also have a 1984 Scottsdale on 33", a 2001 408 t/a, and a few more toys.

    When the truck was in stock form with the TB spacer, K&N drop in with a lid flip. I picked up over 2mpg. Also there cheap i believe it was under 50 dollars from summit racing.

    Aren't the '90 trucks a TBI engine with a wet manifold? In that case they fuel would get some extra time to atomize. Not uncommon to pick up a little power and mpg with those setups.

    only dyno number and highway pulls. 600whp on 93 pump gas. 3.42 gears helps me against the liter bikes........video added with the cars old set up before someone throws the bs flag on me.
