I would think you can take a stock lightning right now with the mods you have. I bet if you put a set of MTI or Patriot heads on that bad boy you'd bury the Lightning!!![]()

You can eat a stock L no sweat. I'd wager dependant on how well you can hookup (read what tires you use) and your driving abilities, mid 12s are attainable.
Many Ford guys are a bit off base, I've owned a few... they're not that quick stock. They do respond very well to mods tho'. So make sure it's stock. On a STOCK exhaust someone local to me made about 394/498... only had an FIPK, 90mm MAF, and a lower pulley.
