Will the ls3 heads go onto an lq4 without needing the pistons cut? Iv seen the pistons with heads and they are fly cut from the factory. Any insite?

Yes you can run them but it depends on cam size, anything big and youre gonna have probs, ive prolly read the threads on other dorums a million times. Only way to be 100% sure is to do the clay test.
