Well i have recently installed a 6.0 in my truck and i am having overboost problems. My old setup on my 5.3 i was running a turbosmart 38mm mounted on the log header and vented to the atmosphere. It would run 8-9 pounds. When i put the 6.0 in i moved the wastegate to the crossover and dumped it into my exhaust. And for some reason now i am at 14+ pounds of boost. I have added a BOV on my new setup and eliminated the PCV valve. I also took the wastegate apart to reclocked it so the ports were facing upwards. Do i have to hook any lines up to my BOV?Its a 50mm wyntom. Does anyone have any ideas why i am making so much boost now?
