I am getting a cam, lifters etc, a new torque converter and headers installed on my truck. Do I need to upgrade any of my fuel system?

A stock 6.0 is pushing the stock injectors. A cammed 6.0 would me close to maxing them. I would upgrade to the flex fuel injectors. If you plan on nitrous, the 42lb ones would be the one's to get.Originally Posted by green2500

For sure go bigger. I am running a similar sized cam and the 28 pounders out of a Vette works great. You can pick up a set for around 50 bucks or so.

You know your truck sounds good when cops ask you to get on it.
