I am getting a cam, lifters etc, a new torque converter and headers installed on my truck. Do I need to upgrade any of my fuel system?

For sure go bigger. I am running a similar sized cam and the 28 pounders out of a Vette works great. You can pick up a set for around 50 bucks or so.
