Will this pump power the 5.3

It is like 85 PSI so i know it will supply the pressure but will the regulator on the fuel rail hold up to that much pressure? I am running an aluminum fuel cell with all s/s braided lines the engine is in my 87 chevy truck.

I would not use hose clamps/hose on my hi-pressure LS fuel system, anywhere. And I would use a 3/8" fuel supply line, not a 5/16". But that just me.

Im running 3/8 s/s braided line. no hose clamps using proper aeroquip ends. but i think i am going to go with a different style pump i see what you say about having to clamp on the hose. thanks I over looked that one.
