ported my buddy's throttle body on his 02 z28

Got bored one night and decided to take the dremel to my buddy's throttle body on his camaro. Came out pretty nice and helped with throttle response too lol.

Yea he said he noticed a nice improvement in throttle response as I did too in my 02 camaro when I did mine. And yea I cut the throttle stop so it opens the full 90*. I need to port my trucks tb now

I dont know if you did this on yours, but I took my flap out and knifed it all around. Bump stop helps too. This all helps when your cruising town and it takes very little throttle to get goin, but WOT its a smoother flow so helps out too.

I tried this on my truck.. Don't know how good I did definately looks and felt smoother. But I was worried about going to deep on the lip or possibly hittin the lil coolant tunnel

What I did on mine is use metal filler to fill in the holes with 2 pieces of tubing in there. After it dried I smoothed it out and so it looks and flows better.
