Insurance adjusters are idiots

As some of you know I woke up friday morning to find my driver side window busted. For the most part, the glass stayed in one piece and was lying on the passenger seat. The dash bezel corner (tan) was scratched and the leather seat also. Adjuster said my driver window was not tinted because the pieces on the ground did not have tint. I threw the big piece away but not b4 a picture was taken. Adjuster also believes the rest was prior damage and glass can't scratch the seat and dash.......wtf???????????? I will now be hiring an attorney, I will no longer take the b.s.

Well, insurance is going to fix the truck and everything that was damaged.....Oh, how fast opinions change when you have evidence and an attorney.

I work in a BodyShop and it is sad that things have to come to that. Its like the money is coming out of the adjusters pocket. I see it all the time.

Yes they are all educated to bad they don’t know what the difference between a tire and a wheel. LOL. But they can tell you the difference between what the plants are with a degree in botany.

So true. Some dude straight out of college is going to tell a bodyman of 20+ years how to fix a car. It's just laughable.
