hey all my buddy has a 04 w/t SBRC model with the 4.8 auto, and of course it has an all manual interior. well he bought a cab off an SS silverado so we are in the process of changing out the interior and wiring harnesses. basically we have swapped the cab wiring harness from the ss into his truck which is all the wiring in the dash as well as under the floors as he wants the power ss seats etc. my question is on his truck there is a sensor on the brake booster but there is no connector from the ss harness to plug into it. his dads 07 doesnt have the sensor nor does my 05 rst is the sensor necessary to have? it connects the vacuum hose from the brake booster to the back of the intake. if so we will have to remove the wires from this old hardness and attach them to the correct pinouts on the ss harness. thanks for the help.
