    Tahoe numbers

well went to dyno the ol tahoe today before the P/P head swap. It made 278.84 hp and 314.28 tq. Kinda disappointed with that, but i think my injectors are maxed out. At about 4200 it leans out and from there to about 5500 it loses power. Just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

Also what injectors did mine come with? im sure they are all the same(5.3's), but my buddies 05 truck made way more hp and and had stock injectors with a huge ass cam. Just wondering if his are rated more due to year.
    Daily:

    Project:
02 GMC ext cab, 5.3, comp 218/222 112lsa, comp 918's, and a few other goodies, bagged and bodydropped on 24's!

Your buddies '05 could have flex fuel injectors, they are a little bigger.

I think if you tune it on the dyno, and get the a/f in order you will see better numbers. If the tune is off, and you baseline that setup. When you put heads on and tune it right, the gain wont be as accurate. If you wanna see exactly how much a difference the heads make... dial in the tune before and after. If you dont care... then just disregard that dyno.

Haha, I'm down whenever. I'm sure a few McAlester guys would swing up this way and crash at my place brother. All you have to supply is the beer, tools, and materials.
