    bet it could had for less if it didnt use teh X block

    Most likely. No real need for that with that motor. At least I dont see any point in making that motor over 1200hp or so.

    its not really a bad price, with a few minor changes like the reluctor wheel being 58 which should be 24 would help and a few other things and it could easily be at 500 hp.. then for the price mentioned it might sell quicker


    i take it that 450 is crank hp ?

    thats alot of money for bascially a iron block Ls3. i bet it would sell like hot cakes if it had forged internals
